All orders will be confirmed by email once payment has been received and a further confirmation
will be emailed when product is shipped. If there is any clarification
needed on your order, we will contact you via email.

Goods shipped anywhere in Europe 8-10 day shipping time: 8 euros
Goods shipped to Spain 3-5 day shipping time: 4 euros

Gift Wrap

All mimo silver jewellery purchased from our web site arrives suitable for gift giving.
All products are packaged up in protective exterior wrapping and are enclosed
in a signature mimo silver black box.

Returns Policy

We endeavor to ensure all pieces are supplied in perfect condition, however,
if you are unhappy with your mimo jewellery, you can return your order to us
within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. Please contact us at
customerservices@mimosilver.com and let us know before hand so we can expect it.
