Shipping

All orders will be confirmed by email once payment has been received and a further confirmation will be emailed when the product is shipped. If there is any clarification needed on your order, we will contact you via email.

At present we ship orders to Europe for 25 euros and dispatch goods within 2 days of your order being received. Please allow 8-10 days for shipping time.
Goods shipped to Spain 3-5 day shipping time: 8 euros

Gift Wrap

All Mimo Silver jewellery purchased from our website arrives suitable for gift giving. All products are packed up in protective exterior wrapping and are enclosed in a signature Mimo Silver box with ribbon.

Returns Policy

We endeavor to ensure all pieces are supplied in perfect condition, however, if you are unhappy with you Mimo Silver jewellery, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. Please contact us at customerservices@mimosilver.com and let us know before hand so we can expect it.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition and in it's original packaging to:
